Label Punch for Reject Vinyl Records (7" / 12")

Turn reject pressings into clean, reusable vinyl. This pneumatic punch removes the label centre from 7" and 12" records in a single stroke, so the rest of the disc can go back into your recycling or regrind process. Slide the record in until it touches the stops, press the foot pedal, and the punched centre drops out the back into a collection bin. Built for everyday use in pressing plants, the machine is simple to run and easy to maintain. Adjustable stops switch between 7" and 12" formats in seconds. A clear polycarbonate guard keeps the operator protected while leaving the punching process fully visible. Operation is hands-free via foot switch, and the machine runs on standard shop compressed air, with no oil needed in the air supply. Built and documented in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
